the 5 am club

Some parts seemed written a bit lengthy, but as the story is around fictional characters, the author did an excellent job of making the story engaging. Be prepared for some cheesy bits near the end that made me cringe, but don’t make this ruin the book and the core ideas that the author is conveying. Nevertheless, this book is absolutely motivational, with many inspirational quotes that boosted my willpower to explore and see whether you also can wake up at 5 am. Funnily enough, I started waking up at 5 am before I picked this book up, which might be one of the reasons why the ideas in the book resonated so well with me. When the concepts mentioned in the book are applied, the book acts as a blueprint for building a meaningful, exciting life. Some bits might work, some might not; it’s all about self-exploration. We all live on borrowed time; making the most of my day early on is a truly life-changing experience. So if you decide to join the 5 am club, I would highly recommend going to sleep early to get the rest that your body requires.

With freedom, flowers, books, and the moon, who could not be perfectly happy?”
